Pre Game Official Sports Brand – Store Policy

1. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes 1-10 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

  • Shipping Carriers: We use trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

  • International Orders: Additional customs fees may apply. Pre Game Official is not responsible for delays due to customs.

2. Payment Policy

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Zelle, CashAPP and Layaway Payments.

  • All transactions are processed securely.

  • Full payment is required before order processing.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Window: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Conditions: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, sale items, and gift cards are final sale.

  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Exchange Process: Exchanges are processed after we receive the returned item.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

4. Defective/Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email/contact page link] with photos and order details. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this period, orders are already in processing and cannot be canceled.

6. Custom Orders Policy

  • Custom or personalized items are made-to-order and are non-refundable.

  • Please ensure all custom order details (size, color, personalization) are correct before confirming the order.
